2 Busy Days= 5 days of recovery.
2 Busy Days + a marathon shopping excursion = 3 naps, 6 ibuprofen & a week of recovery.
2 Busy Days + a marathon shopping excursion – some of your vitamins that are currently on back order for a week = Uh oh!
This helps a little. I used to frenueqtly tap my foot constantly on the floor and I didn’t even know I was doing it half of the time. This would release excess energy which contributes to anxiety. I think this is similar but by tapping another body part it works better. Certainly not a cure all for someone with a serious problem like TBI or schizophrenia or other things but it might even help those people a little with? no side-effects unlike medication which causes as many problems as it solves.
