JoJoisms Year in Review

Written By: JoJoisms - Dec• 30•13

Temp tn1 (2)Okay, so I’ve only been blogging JoJoisms since 8/28//2013 so I don’t have a full year in review, but let’s review the Top stories by popularity (most number of comments and presumably the most number of giggles).

Counting backwards from ten to the number one:

10. Here Lies My Flip Phone was a post about the beginning of my iPhone adventure.  It also had an obituary for my purple flip phone which served me many years.

9. Why Did the Chicken Cross the Road? was a post about some chickens which had apparently invaded my purple lap top.

8. How I Received a Product Four Days Before it Was Shipped is pretty self explanatory.

7. Smelling Smoke That isn’t There and Other Things That Never Happened is just as it appears too.

6. It’s My Birthday and I’ll DE-age if I Want To was a popular post with those of us considerably over the age of consent.

5. Freshly Pressed Glasses  was the first post in the continuing saga, The Great Eye Glass Case!

4. Dr Strongarm I Presume was the second post in the saga that got a great deal of feedback.

3. Cactus Mickey got quite a bit of attention as we neared CHRISTmas in ARIDzona.

2. Inspirational 911 Message was one of my inspirational posts that got the most feedback and was the second highest talked about JoJoism post of the year. I received so many emails and even some comments on Facebook about this one.  It was about my childhood friend who I had lost touch with and found years later that he died in the rubble of 911.

1. And finally, Make it So was the number one talked about post of all of 2013!  This was simply a YouTube video of Captain Picard of Star Trek (and other characters) *singing* Let it Snow, Make it So, Let it Snow!  It was day seven of my JoJo’s Annual Video Countdown to CHRISTmas!

Which is your favorite? Which one would you give a purple thumbs up to?  Please leave the title/number in the comments and cast your vote.  I’ll share the results in the next few days.

Lol… i just saw the Make it So and though I’m not a Trekkie, I enjoyed it. (the ability to make comments wasn’t available, or I would have posted). For me, it’s a tie between that one and the Inspirational 911. Such a touching story complete with that endearing photograph.
