The other day I was sitting at my computer. It was 3am.  One of my Outlook reminders popped up.  Admittedly, I don’t schedule all of my reminders for specific times. I just put them there to remind me not to forget…stuff.   If one pops up that tells me to call the pool man, I just hit the snooze button and it pops up later.

However, this one said, “Make bed.”   It was 3am, but I actually thought about it for a minute.  lol

You see, I’ve always been an early riser.  Early used to mean about 6am.  Today it means about 2am but that’s another post.   So when I was first married (almost 27 yrs ago), I got up at 6am and saw that my dh got up at about 6:30 am so I came in and made the bed.  When my dh came back in the room, we both had a good giggle.  He had just gone to the little boy’s room and wasn’t finished sleeping yet.

Making the bed while your dh is in the potty is one thing, but making it while he’s still sleeping in it, is quite another.  I decided to wait.  After all, it’s hard to make a bed with a body in it.  lol
