Since I have brain fog so severe, I can’t remember my own address, I have taken up list making. I have a To Do list on my desk, a list of daily tasks in Outlook and several master lists under various categories for things I need to do. I even have a master list of the lists I have.
I LOVE crossing things off my lists. I don’t just check them off or put a line through them. Oh no! Not good enough! I scratch off each task so that all that remains to be seen is a bunch of purple etched rectangles.
And if I remember that I had forgotten to include something I have already done, I HAVE to add it to the list after which I take great pleasure in crossing it off to within and inch of its life!
Hello. My name is JoJo and I have To Do List OCD!
I have a to do list, too, MOST of the time. Some days I forget and then I’m really sunk. Other days, I forget where I put the to do list so it doesn’t do much good. I think I need to be more consistent with it so it becomes more effective. Maybe I should try really scratching through things like you do. More satisfying than simply checking it off!
Oh you haven’t lived until you’ve spent an extra 10 seconds scratching the entry off to within an inch of its life! LOL
