No two obsessive compulsives are exactly the same

Purple Tongue TwisterJoJoism #497 “Ok which obsessive compulsive stacked my coasters so they are facing the same direction?  I had them in a spiral!” JoJoisms: Revealing Life’s Truths…as I think of ’em!

My dh and I have a different idea of how things should be.  I like things uncluttered so I strive to put things away…sometimes before someone is done using it. My dh puts things in strategic piles so he can go back to that topic and find a particular item within…unfortunately, in the almost 27 yrs we’ve been married, he’s never felt the need.

My dd loves to make sure the fringe on anything is all evenly distributed and straight.  She gets upset if the wind blows them a bit askew (or you do it on purpose just to see her reaction).  However, her room is usually covered in clothes such that you can’t see the floor. I think her room has carpet.  LOL

My son doesn’t like wearing pants.  Since we live in ARIDzona, it hasn’t really been a problem.  He wears shorts and a t-shirt even when it’s 40 degrees.  We went on a field trip a few months ago to the mountains and he wore his traditional shorts combo.  It was in the 40s, windy, and we were outside most of the time.  He said he was fine until he got home and then admitted he was a bit chilly in the morning until it warmed up a wee bit.  We’re a little concerned about him when we move to Indiana.  40 is warm there!

So the other day when I saw my coasters, which are usually stacked in a spiral formation, all exactly and perfectly on top of one another, I felt the need to rearrange them, post haste.  Which obsessive compulsive did that? That is completely uncalled for!  She/he and I might have to have a severe talkin’ to!
