For sure the strangest thing that I ever baked in my oven!
When you buy new hockey skates, they tell you to get them baked and formed to your feet. So when we got my son’s skates, we had to bake them for six minutes at 175 and then put them on him to wear for 15 minutes and take them off.
Anyone want to come over for dinner? You might want to eat before you come. The meat’s tough as shoe leather. lol
Never heard of that one! And I’m surprised they play hockey in ARIDzona. Where do they find a place that’s cold enough NOT to melt the ice? Seems like it would take whole lot of AC to keep an ice rink cold!
I hadn’t either. The Ice Den is where our hockey team plays/practices.
Ha! carla, whilst the devil lives in hell and rents out phoenix, Up north there’s trees, and SNOW!
That said, i’ve baked many a leather good in my oven, so I guess skates would be no exception!
I’ve heard it’s much nicer up there.
