Fun with Hot Flashes:
* Longest Hot Flash: Woke up at 6am with a hot flash that lasted til nearly 1:30pm.

* Funniest Hot Flash: Sitting in the car waiting for my son to get out of a guitar lesson I fogged up the windows on my side of the car–for the entire hour.

* Strangest Reaction from Onlookers: It’s a tie. Either the time I was sitting across from a 20 y/o man (friend of the family) at a restaurant while I took my sweater off and put it on about 40x during a two hour dinner…or yesterday when I walked out of the grocery store in a tank top carrying my sweater and coat (and fanning myself) while the locals were sporting heavy coats and hats.

* Most Intense Heat from a Hot Flash: Had a hand held fan in one hand during a hot flash while my dh was standing on my other side. Though the heat was being cooled by the fan, my dh felt hot air blowing his way.

* Hot Flash that Solicited the Most Advice: Had a bad hot flash in church last week that had me fanning myself though I was the only one dressed in a tank top while everyone else had winter coats on. Several of the women came up to me after service and either gave me advice or empathized .
